MISSION STATEMENT

My mission is to expose the junk debt industry for what it is a scam.
The junk debt buyers have been steam rolling people for decades, and
they need to be stopped. The only people who can stop them are ME and
YOU.

I am on a quest to eradicate the junk debt industry. I know Ill never
eliminate it, but I pledge to put as much of a hurting on it as I
legally can. If you are sick of the Junk Debt Industry abusing the
legal system to take advantage of people who are too afraid, or
too ignorant of the law to know any better, then join me on this quest.
Arm yourself with the knowledge of the law and help others to arm
themselves. Together we can take the profit out of this immoral
industry.

The beatthedebtcollector concept developed because I witnessed an
injustice, an injustice so great that I could not just stand by without
doing something about it. I equate this practice, junk debt collection,
with the slave hunters of the post civil war era, who hunted and
tortured the slaves after they were emancipated, then sold them back
into slavery; or returned them to their old masters for a bounty.

These junk debt buyers buy up old and out of statute debt, then try to
coerce and deceive people into paying it, even though legally the debt
is uncollectible. They file false and misleading documents with all too
willing courts, in order to secure illegitimate judgments. They
actually enslave people with debt that has long since expired. These
poor people are being sold back into slavery.

The junk debt buyers who commit these atrocities do have legal recourse
to collect any debt that is within the statute of limitation; as
long as they have all the proper documentation. There is certainly
enough in statute debt to make it profitable for them. The problem is
that these junk debt companies are greedy. What really offends me is
the practice of buying up old debt that is up to decades old, for less
than 1/3 of a penny on the dollar, then lying and intimidating people
with the force of law, into paying all of the principal, then fees and
penalties to boot. This practice should not even be legal.

INFORMATION IS FREE, THE REST IS AFFORDABLE

I have a simple life premise; information is free to anyone who wants
to look for it. You may have to do a lot of research, but it will pay
off in the end. There are a lot of websites out there that are totally
free, and can teach you how to deal with these unscrupulous debt
collectors. They have letters you can copy, paste, and edit to fit your
needs, in order to eliminate your debt.

YOUR GOVERNMENT GIVES YOU THIS INFORMATION

There are government sites where you can read up on laws, like the
FDCPA. There are also many free legal forms on court websites, like the
Maryland state district court forms website in my state. Click on Lady
Justice to the right, she will take you to a site with all the state
courts listed. These are made available to you, that you may use
them to look up rules, and laws. Many courts have forms that you can
fill out, print out, and file motions and law suits Pro Se. ITS ALREADY
PAID FOR BY YOU. If you dont have a computer or printer you can go to
the public library, find, fill out, and print these forms for about 20
cents per page. This is your tax dollars at work for you. Since youve
already paid for it you may as well use it. The best part is that all
these things are free to anyone who cares to make the effort to do it
for themselves.

AFFORDABLE SOFTWARE PROGRAMS

There are many software programs available out there, mine included.
These programs make it easy and convenient to do all that is necessary
to erase your debt. If youre like me, perhaps you will find it is
easier to spend a few bucks to have these letters and motions packaged
in easy to use forms on a software programs.

To this purpose I have created a few programs and offer them for a very
reasonable price. Click here to see these packages. With the
information that I found through my research, and filing numerous
motions and pleadings with the courts, I have developed some simple to
use, fill-in-the-blank forms that I offer at a very reasonable price.
These forms may save you from having to pay unscrupulous junk debt
collectors thousands of dollars. Ask Homer R. of Towson Maryland.

Homer R. of Towson Maryland had one judgment against him and two
more trials scheduled on the court docket. Within three weeks of filing
these forms the judgment was overturned by the court and both of the
other cases were dismissed by the Plaintiff. Homer was looking at over
$20,000.00 in debt. Much to his relief he had to pay $0.00

information in fact, that I literally spent months poring over this
information. Once I had the information though, the software I designed
made it easier for me to navigate my way through the paperwork, which I
had to do many times. Now this software can help others to free
themselves from the trap that the junk debt industry is trying to set
for you.

The fact is that it is easier if you have both the knowledge, and the
software. On the links page you can find some of these free sites, and
some software programs. These sites can educate you on the laws and
practices in the debt industry, and make erasing your debt easy.

it with others like you, who have found themselves being hounded by
unethical junk debt collectors. We dont have to tolerate these illegal
attempts to plunder our wealth. If we stand up to these junk debt
buyers we can take a bite out of their wallet. I propose that we start
a movement to eliminate the whole junk debt industry. Remember; if we
dont stand up for our rights then soon we will not have any.

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
